2010 Nebbiolo

The 2010 Cerulean Nebbiolo is subtle and refined, yet amazingly intense. Rarely grown in the United States, our Columbia Gorge Nebbiolo was barrel aged for 28 months, creating a medium-bodied wine that loves being paired with traditional Northern Italian dishes. Winner of Top 25 Oregon Wines by Portland Monthly in Oct. 2015.

2011 Nebbiolo

Our 2011 Nebbiolo is reminiscent of the wine produced in the Piedmont region of Italy.  Italy’s answer to Pinot Noir, Nebbiolo tends to be transparent, lighter-bodied and elegant, in contrast to the “big” reds like Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.  Our 2011 vintage is true to its roots, with hints of violet, citrus and subtle smokiness on the nose.  Pair it with creamy risottos, Oregon truffles and game meats like duck, venison, and boar.  Barrel aged for 30 months, this wine will be at its best from 2016 through 2026.

2012 Pinot Noir

This is a relatively full-bodied wine in contrast to the lighter profile of most Pinots, with notes of black raspberries and tannin on the palate. This wine will pair well with a wide range of dishes given its strong structure and balanced fruit.

2012 Tempranillo

Our 2012 Tempranillo is made exclusively from grapes grown on our own estate Acadia Vineyards, an organic vineyard in Underwood, WA.  This is a classic old-world red, full of tannins with a nice, smooth finish.  A light-bodied, cool-climate red wine with great structure, it will pair well with your favorite spicy Spanish tapas and Italian charcuterie.

2013 Red Sky Blend

Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. Abbott and Costello. Bert and Ernie. To this list of great combinations, you can now add Italy and Spain, or more precisely, Barbera and Tempranillo. These two classic grapes form the core of our 2013 Red Sky Blend. Full of red cherry and raspberry notes, with a nice, crisp acidity and low tannins, this wine will pair with hearty grilled meats, pate’, and strong cheese, or enjoy by the fire for hours on end. 50% Tempranillo, 40% Barbera, 5% Merlot, 5% Sangiovese.

2013 Pinot Gris

Our 2013 Pinot Gris is full of complex fruit flavors including grapefruit, apple and lime.  Made with 100% of our own Acadia Vineyards estate grapes, the 2013 vintage is reminiscent of a fine Italian Pinot Grigio.

2013 Chardonnay

Our 2013 Cerulean Chardonnay is sourced exclusively from the south slope of Underwood Mountain in the Columbia Gorge AVA and made with our own Acadia Vineyards grapes.  This is a luscious, well-rounded wine that conjures memories of the wines from France that best express the true varietal character of Chardonnay.  This extremely food friendly vintage has no oak or butter overtones and will pair well with rustic roast chicken, poached halibut and summer salads.

2013 White Space Blend

Our 2013 White Space Blend is an intriguing blend of five 100% estate Acadia Vineyards varietals. Composed of 31% Gruner Veltliner, 31% Pinot Gris, 26% Riesling, 7% Pinot Blanc and 5% Gewurztraminer, the wine brings to mind the food-friendly wines of Northern Italy – dry, crisp and fruity, with a hint of pear and apple. This is a medium-bodied white that will be a delightful companion to many dishes.

2012 Sauvignon Blanc

The 2012 Cerulean Sauvignon Blanc is linear, slick, and edgy.  The young vines from which it was made produced a wine that is racy and playful.  The wine has strong notes of grapefruit and fresh-cut grass, which will pair well with cheese and charcuterie.

2010 Riesling

Reminiscent of the classic Alsatian wines that made Riesling the “King of Grapes”. Extremely structured, with bold pear overtones, this wine will complement traditional French dishes, Salmon drizzled with a buerre blanc sauce, and chocolate desserts.

2009 Gewurztraminer

From the Underwood hills high over the Columbia River, this Alsatian-style Gewurztraminer is dry with a soft, lingering finish. Its bright structure makes it extremely food friendly. It goes great with not only German dishes, but also with Thai, Indian and Chinese flavors, as well as fish and spicy pastas.

2014 Tempranillo Rosé

When you think of a Rosé, what comes to mind? A fun family picnic? A summer house party? Or that incredible lunch at the cute little beach front restaurant in St. Bart’s? Now picture a glass of our Tempranillo Rosé in your hand at all those places. Made only with Organic grapes hand-picked from our own Acadia Vineyards, this wine is the perfect companion for all your summer favorites like tuna carpaccio, grilled chicken, or a tomato and mozzarella salad.
