Our Nebbiolo is reminiscent of the wine produced in the Piedmont region of Italy. Italy’s answer to Pinot Noir, this wine tends to be transparent, lighter-bodied & elegant, in contrast to other “big” reds like Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah. This is true to its roots, with hints of violet, citrus, & a subtle smokiness on the nose. Pair it with creamy risottos, Oregon truffles & game meats like duck, venison, and boar.
