Bright and lively, with hints of honey, fresh melon, and pineapple, our 2016 Pinot Gris was made exclusively from grapes grown on our Acadia Vineyards estate in Underwood, WA. Reminiscent of a fine Italian Pinot Grigio, this wine will socialize well with classic pasta dishes, sushi, pâté and cheeses while also holding up well with more savory dishes.
Winemaking
Our 2016 Pinot Gris was made exclusively from grapes grown on our Acadia Vineyards estate in Underwood, WA. Most fermented in tanks with 6% spending quality time in neutral barrels. Best consumed immediately. A healthy 400 cases produced.
